Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We strictly do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is proven to be damaged, Vacuum pack Opened or incorrect. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, or unused and in the same pristine condition as it was received.

 

To initiate a return, promptly contact us at support@artwinstudio.com or via WhatsApp at +918000107750 with the following steps:

 

1. Ensure to create a video while opening the parcel.

2. In the event of receiving a damaged product or encountering any issues, promptly notify us via WhatsApp at +918000107750 or mail us at support@artwinstudio.com within 3 days of delivery and provide us with a photo or video of the product.

 

Only then will we proceed to send you a replacement/refund. It is critical to note that failure to produce a video while opening the parcel will result in us being unable to issue a replacement/refund. When it comes to returns, rest assured that a refund, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method. Damages & Issues

We request you to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and urgently notify us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item has been received. Do not overlook to email us with an attachment of the product picture you have received to enable us to evaluate the issue and promptly rectify any mishap. Refund

Should you consider applying for a refund due to the reasons mentioned above, ensure to specify the reason when you email us and indicate whether you opt for a refund or an exchange. Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time as per bank/card policies.

 

 

Note: If a customer refuses to accept a parcel or if an item cannot be delivered due to incomplete/incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer is liable to bear the shipping cost of a minimum of Rs 150-250, depending on the product quantity, for the reshipment of the product.
