At ArtWin Studio, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below for a clear understanding of our process.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders containing custom or personalized products are shipped within 4–7 working days.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, and delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on your location.
(*For North-Eastern states and remote areas, delivery may take up to 15 days.*)

Order Confirmation and Modifications

Once your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. This includes:

  • Product additions or removals
  • Applying or modifying coupon codes
  • Changing shipping or billing details

Please verify all details carefully before placing your order.

Product Availability and Delays

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable or a delay occurs, our team will reach out to you within 1–2 working days via call or message to inform you of the updated status.

Return to Origin (RTO) – Customer Responsibility

If a shipment is returned due to customer error or negligence, such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Invalid contact information
  • Failure to respond to courier calls or messages
  • Unavailability to receive the parcel

The customer will be responsible for bearing both the RTO (Return) and reshipment charges.
Order cancellation in such cases will not be entertained.

Delivery Discrepancies

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Please email us at support@artwinstudio.com with your Order ID and the subject line “Wrong Delivery Status”.

Failure to inform us within 24 hours will make you ineligible for any refund or further assistance regarding that order.

Shipping Weight and Charges

Shipping charges displayed on our website apply to parcels weighing up to 25 kg.
If your order exceeds this weight limit, our team will contact you to discuss and confirm additional shipping charges before dispatch.
